La baie du Prieuré
The villa and its grounds face the Baie du Prieuré, offering a view of the eastern shore of Dinard, and another of the legendary corsair town of Saint-Malo.
Facing the sea, beneath the villa's windows, a gate leads to a small pathway leading to the top of the cliff. A few steps under the pine trees and you're on the beach with its jetty.
